We design customized automatic billet saw plants. The billet saw plant contains lay down station, chain conveyor, roller conveyor, pusher with length measurement, circular saw, crop end manipulator, block manipulator, shuttles for blocks, suction system with chip collection, turn key delivery with hardware and software according client request. 

The billet portfolio may vary from 175mm to 564mm. We prepare the system for soft and hard alloys and handle the chips either with a container, or with a chip press.
